Description
The desolate Cut Bank road is one of Glacier National Parks best kept secrets. A narrow, curvy hard packed gravel road that begins in East Glacier and eventually ends at a wilderness trailhead that leads ambitious hikers to the gorgeous Medicine Grizzly lake.
During my '14 sessions in Montana's Big Sky country, I was obsessed with finding that remote one lane passage that took you to paradise. Cut Bank Road is just that. This scene was captured after a successful sunrise session at Two Medicine lake. We wanted to take full advantage of the early morning light. A carpeted meadow of blooming wildflowers and the spectacular scenery looking towards Triple Divide Pass highlight this beautiful western Montana scenic landscape.
This is available in assorted sizes up to 48 x 27" as Fine Art print, Canvas or Metalprint.

:)) Still photography is such a powerful medium. It's rewarding when someone is touched by an image you made.

THX Marcel. Spring for Montana :) This was mid July, but the snow was still several feet deep at Logan Pass.
